Make Changes and Start Moving Forward
Individual Coaching sessions consist of us working together to uncover areas in your life where you are experiencing fear, lack and limitation. We look for the thoughts, beliefs and behaviors that are binding you to what you DON”T want. The coaching process is very helpful in healing your relationship with yourself by getting you OUT of your own way and ON your own team! We also work to clear issues in relationships with family, lovers, friends, jobs, addictions, etc.
As your coach, I help you get from where you ARE in your life now, to where you WANT to go. I support, motivate, inspire and hold you accountable to being the person you want to be and living the life you want to live.
As your coach and advocate, I will help you you:
- Get crystal clear on your ideal vision for your life
- Uncover what’s been holding you back and blocking you
- Take action steps to achieve your goals and your ideal vision
You can consider me your “change facilitator” or “courage coach”.
As your coach, I am NOT:
Your therapist, doctor, lawyer, mother or teacher.
The difference is that with coaching we are partnering to get you from point “A” to point “B”, and you are the one who determines those points. We also focus on looking forward, rather than focusing on your past.
Your advisor. I will share with you suggestions, new ideas, new possibilities and action steps to consider, but YOU and only YOU are the expert in your life.
I coach with individuals on a monthly basis with weekly sessions. The sessions can be done remotely by phone, Skype, or in-person if you reside in Austin. Either way the sessions are equally effective and powerful.
I work with children, teenagers, adults and seniors. Everyone at any age will benefit from individual coaching sessions.
