What is ThetaHealing®?
Between birth and around age 6, our predominant brain wave states were Alpha and Theta. In these states we accepted events, statements and beliefs of those we saw as authorities in our lives as your own “Truth”. As adults, these “Truths” still control our reality. Typically these beliefs and “Truths” are limiting instead of empowering. Because we are so close to our own beliefs and have had them all of our lives, they are like the wallpaper we see every day. Soon we don’t notice them anymore, but they are still there dominating and directing our every move, thought, relationship and experience. The first step to healing and changing our lives is to become aware of our limiting beliefs. Once we are aware of them, we can begin the process to change them. The most powerful method I’ve found for changing our limiting beliefs is through ThetaHealing®.
ThetaHealing® can change beliefs on a cellular and etheric level, below the subconscious mind. Deep, permanent change does not occur with the conscious or subconscious mind unless you already have the belief that matches and supports it on the unconscious mind.
ThetaHealing® invokes an energetic healing process that can assist in healing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues. As the Theta Practicioner, I move into the theta brain wave state and connect directly to God/Source/Universe. In this space you and I both visualize the healing changes you are wanting. Only that which is in your highest and best good will ever occur in a Theta session. It is a powerful yet gentle process. Old pain, wounds, trauma, suffering, defeating patterns and beliefs that you may have carried with you for either days or for years can often be improved or healed immediately, or in a few sessions. ThetaHealing® works in considerably less time than traditional therapy or even just traditional life coaching. It is often considered “an attainable miracle” in clearing old beliefs and fears which keep people stuck and living limited or painful lives.
The wonder of this healing process is that you do not have to re-live or experience old pain or trauma. You only need to briefly identify it and want it changed. Your beliefs of being unworthy, undeserving or incapable of something are able to be improved or changed to feeling and believing you are powerful, worthy and deserving of your highest good and biggest dreams. This process can also be very helpful for those who have experienced trauma, whether it was physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. It also does not matter if the painful experience happened last month or 50 years ago.
Doctors have studied and verified this process, our brain waves and how they function. The beta brain wave is our normal waking state. The alpha wave is a relaxed state and the theta brain wave is a deep meditative state. During the ThetaHealing® process both the practitioner and the client move into the theta state. Doctors using an electroencephalograph to monitor the process have verified this.
Individual Coaching & ThetaHealing®
Individual Coaching and ThetaHealing® sessions consist of us working together to uncover and help heal areas in your life by clearing your old beliefs. As the ThetaHealer®, I muscle test you about your feelings and beliefs, and ask questions to get down to your core belief system. Then we work to change your limiting beliefs using the ThetaHealing® process, and then we follow up with muscle testing again to see that the original belief has improved. The client often experiences a relaxed peaceful state during the session. The ThetaHealing® process is very helpful in healing your relationship with yourself, and healing issues of past relationships with family, love relationships, friendships or any type of relationship.
I work with Individuals for a single session, or on a monthly basis with weekly sessions. The sessions can be done remotely by phone or in-person, either way the sessions are equally effective. I work with children, teenagers, adults and seniors. Everyone at any age will benefit from this healing work.
We all have limiting beliefs from early in life and also carry ancient beliefs from our ancestors. Through this process, layers of beliefs are cleared. There are four main belief levels; core, genetic, historic and spiritual. The healing often occurs on all four levels. The core level is our normal belief level held in the front of the brain. The pineal gland in the center of the head controls the genetic level. The historic level clears ancient lineage issues or traumas. The soul level clears issues that may inhibit the soul from expanding fully and healing past issues.
Group ThetaHealing® Sessions:
In the group ThetaHealing® session I guide the group through a short meditation to connect with God-Creator. Following this, I state many affirmations that address a topic or subject that group has chosen to clear on. After each affirmation is stated, the individuals in the group will say “Yes”, as “yes, I want to believe that statement.” Each individual who participates will receive the “downloads” or “affirmative beliefs” that I present either in person or over the phone. Everyone who attends receives the individual healing that they desire as long as it is in their highest and best good.
ThetaHealing® is an empowered healing process for the individual. By connecting to God-Source energy, I facilitate a healing on behalf of the client on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level. By participating in the healing process, the client surrenders—or steps out of the way of their own ego’s agenda. The ego, in a way, is the protector of the individual by using feelings of fear as an indicator to assess situations, which in many instances is useful. The ego’s desire is to keep the client safe and to be protected from the outside world. Though well intended, the ego helps individuals create limiting beliefs, pain, struggle and suffering, sometimes this is helpful in life, but not the majority of the time. Living a balanced life is a preferred state. Having times of joy and creativity for example, helps to balance life when you are in a learning mode and life feels challenging. People of all ages who have experienced physical, mental, verbal or sexual abuse may benefit greatly from this work.
